
Wiebke Fabinski is responsible for coach education and the DOSB licensing system at the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB), the umbrella organisation of german sports federations. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives to modernize coach development frameworks and strengthen the quality and impact of coach education across German sport.
Her current work focuses on the nationwide reform of coach education framework guidelines, the implementation of competence-based learning approaches, and the continuous development of the DOSB licensing system. For 15 years she is actively involved in projects exploring the opportunities of digital learning, artificial intelligence, and innovative educational technologies for coach development.
Wiebke works at the intersection of policy, education, and practice, fostering collaboration between sport organizations, experts, and educational stakeholders.
