The conference discussed main issues of sport coaching at European level. This was also the final event of the CoachNet project (www.coachnet.eu) supported by the European Commission Sport Unit. The EU Sport Forum 2012 was held in Nicosia, Cyprus on 19-20 September 2012 where the European Coaching Council was be represented by its Secretary Ladislav Petrovic. The agenda of the event reviewed the work carried out in the sector in the last 12 months, future challenges and priorities, and encouraged debate on key issues affecting the sector.
