Coach SG Conference: “Sport Reimagined: Thriving Amidst Challenges”
Our partners from Singapore are pleased to extend an invitation to ICCE’s Board members to attend their hybrid Conference 2021 from 26th to 28th October 2021.
The theme of the Conference on “Sport Reimagined: Thriving Amidst Challenges” taps on opportunities presented in 2020, to reimagine coaching practices and be professionally armed with progressive pedagogies in the digital space. There will be thematic conversations and sharing sessions during this conference to encourage participants to build communities of practice with a culture of continuing coach education.
As Singapore manages the sports eco-system in these uncertain times, coaching is seen as a multiplier to achieve Singapore’s Vision 2030 objectives and outcomes and to enable the current generation to live and become better people in and through Sport. There are three broad themes for the Conference this year:
- Sport Science and Technology
- Coaching Pedagogy
- Leadership
Our programme (with congress sessions) encourages different stakeholders to discuss issues which matter to them. Individuals and qualified delegates belonging to National Sport Associations will be present, to communicate their plans moving forward. This international event aspires to be the catalyst to guide our community towards world class standards in coaching and sport.
