The 10th ICCE Global Coach Conference was hosted between 23-25 August 2015 in Finland by Vierumäki, the Sport Institute of Finland, in co-operation with the Finnish Olympic Committee and the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture.  The theme of the conference was ‘Coach and Athlete Empowerment: a winning combination’, and was attended by 400 delegates comprising Front-line Coaches and Performance Directors; Coach Developers and Coach Education Directors and Coaching Researchers.  These attendees were from Africa, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, the UK and USA.

The SPEACH project team were well-represented at the event through project partners NOC*NSF, ICCE and ENSE who presented the project and its aims. In addition, the project was discussed during the meeting of the Executive Board of the ICCE.
