The NSSU-ICCE Coach Developer programme represents a unique professional development opportunity for coach developers from around the world working in national coaching organisations, national and international sport federations and universities. Proudly partnering with the International Council for Coaching Excellence (ICCE), the programme offers a blended learning experience, including two one-week residentials at NSSU in Tokyo (compulsory), alongside e-learning and on-line support to aid and support participants’ application of learning in professional coach developer practice. The programme is supported by the Japanese government project; ‘Sport for Tomorrow’ and therefore all places are heavily subsidized. So far 49 participants have undertaken the programme across four cohorts, representing all 6 continents, 26 countries and 44 organizations.
This program will:
- Develop your skills in facilitation, supporting coaches in the field, mentoring and program design;
- Help you enhance your network among the leaders in coaching development from around the world
