Featured Initiative
The IIHF recently released its Coach Education Framework and updated its Coach Development Framework, providing important guidance and structure for coaching development in international ice hockey.
These frameworks support the continued development of coaches and coach developers by helping member associations strengthen their education pathways, improve coaching practice and create more consistent development opportunities across the sport.
