The ICCE was present in the 2024 African Mini Basketball Forum, held in Antananarivo, Madagascar, from July 15 to 18. Aligned with our mission to lead and develop sport coaching globally, one of our Mini Basketball experts was invited to contribute to this key event, which focused on enhancing the skills and knowledge of coaches across Africa.

Organized by the FIBA Regional Office in Africa and the Malagasy Basketball Federation, the convention brought together 20 delegates from 16 African countries, 50 local coaches, and 400 children in a vibrant and passionate environment. Our expert played a crucial role in delivering both theoretical and practical sessions, emphasizing the significance of fun, inclusive coaching practices that promote the physical, social, and emotional well-being of young athletes.

The ICCE’s involvement in this event underscores our dedication to fostering global collaborations that enhance the quality of coaching. By working alongside FIBA and other international organizations, we continue to empower coaches worldwide, ensuring that the benefits of sport reach every community.
