The International Council for Coaching Excellence (ICCE) is pleased to announce the launch of the Chinese translation of the ICCE International Coach Developer Framework at Beijing Sport University on 7 September.

The launch marks an important milestone in expanding access to high-quality coach developer education and resources across China. By making the framework available in Chinese, ICCE aims to support coach developers, sport organisations, and educational institutions in strengthening the learning and development of coaches at all levels.

The event at Beijing Sport University brought together representatives from the coaching and sport education community to celebrate this significant step in advancing international collaboration and promoting excellence in coach development. ICCE Vice President Prof. Jiexiu Zhao played a key coordinating role in bringing the translation and launch to fruition, helping to strengthen collaboration between ICCE and partners in China.

The ICCE International Coach Developer Framework provides guidance on the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by coach developers, helping to enhance the quality and consistency of coach education worldwide.
