The International Council for Coaching Excellence (ICCE) is pleased to promote the forthcoming SheCOACH Project Online Conference, taking place online on 16 October 2026 at 13:00 (CET) as part of Erasmus Days 2026.
This online event will bring together researchers, coaching experts, and representatives from leading European and international sport organisations to explore the latest developments, research, and initiatives aimed at advancing gender equality and increasing the participation of women in sports coaching.
The conference will showcase the key findings and outputs of the SheCOACH Project, highlighting innovative resources and evidence-based approaches that can support sport organisations, coaching systems, and wider stakeholder networks in creating more inclusive coaching environments.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the practical tools developed through the project, hear examples of successful initiatives from across Europe, and engage in discussions on how effective practices can be mainstreamed, replicated, and adapted within different sporting contexts.
As the coaching community continues to work towards greater diversity and inclusion, the event will provide a valuable platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the exchange of ideas on how more women can be supported to enter, remain, and progress within coaching.
