Featured Initiative
One of CAIE’s key initiatives is the comprehensive education of sport climbing coaches through accredited courses and expert-led workshops focused on modern training methods, coaching methodology, and safety.
Alongside coach education, the organization is continuing to develop a holistic athlete support system that connects coaches, medical doctors, physiotherapists, and other specialists into one integrated framework.
An important part of this work is the LANO TOP TEAM, a program focused on identifying and systematically developing talented climbers through individualized guidance, expert support, and interdisciplinary care designed to support both performance and long-term athlete development.
