
This years’ EU Sport Forum took place in Krakow on 10 and 11 April, gathering nearly 350 participants. It was hosted by EU Polish Presidency, leaving participants inspired and equipped to advance the role of sport across Europe and beyond.
Over two days, participants from diverse sectors including European institutions, sport federations, Olympic committees and grassroots organisations gathered to explore several different topics and engage in dynamic discussions. Commissioner Micallef hosted the EU Sport Forum and shared invaluable insights into the EU’s strategic vision for sport. He also announced an upcoming Communication on promoting and strengthening the European Sport Model in the second half of 2026.
ICCE and our continental organization Sport Coaching Europe were represented by the ICCE secretary general Ladislav Petrovic.
