On 25th April 2023 the ICCE took part in the SKILLS4COACH partner meeting held in Los Alcázares, Cartagena (Spain). The project is led by the FURIM Institutt (Norway) and partners include UCAM (Spain), UNEFS (Romania), the Sport Institute (Poland) and ICCE.
SKILLS4COACH aims to strengthen sports coaches’ skills and profiles to increase their employability by developing innovative training materials and creating a coaching network. Specifically, this meeting led to advances in the comprehensive literature review conducted by the partners, which will inform the development of project outputs. These outputs include, among others, a training curriculum, a self-assessment tool and training modules to be developed in the coming months.
