The CoachNet Voice of the Coach project was an initiative of the European Coaching Council. It aimed to develop further a structure for coordinating sport coaching at the European level. This network will strengthen cohesion within Sport Coaching with an enhanced emphasis on the ‘voice of the coach’. It will also build on the existing reference points for the education and development of sport coaches, and provide a focal point for representation, research and communication on sport coaching issues at the European level. This project has been funded with support from the European Commission.
The project commenced in January 2012, and was completed in April 2013. The full report has now been published, and can be read here.
