The Anita White Foundation and Females Achieving Brilliance, with the support of the University of Chichester, have hosted two successful Women’s Sport Leadership Academy’s (WSLA) to date. WSLA is aimed at women in middle management aspiring to move up to become senior managers/directors. In 2014, 36 women from fourteen countries on every continent gathered for the one-week residential programme of leadership development at the University. In June this year, 40 women from eighteen countries on every continent participated.

The 2016 Women’s Sports Leadership Academy (WSLA) will take place on 19-24 June at the University of Chichester.
