An exciting opportunity has arisen for organizations that are delivering coaching education programs and wish to improve the quality of their coach developers.

The NSSU Coach Developer Academy is a partnership between ICCE and Nippon Sport Science University in Tokyo. The program helps participants develop leadership skills in facilitation, coach assessment, mentoring and program design, and graduates are certified as NSSU- ICCE Coach Developers. The Master Trainer for the program is Penny Crisfield, chair of the ICCE Coach Developer Workgroup, and costs to attend are subsidized by Japan’s “Sport for Tomorrow” program. The deadline for applications for the 2015-2016 cohort is June 15th, 2016 so don’t delay – review the brochure and return your completed application to cdacademy@nittai.ac.jp
