The President of the ICCE, John Bales, participated in the 44th of the APTN Technical-Scientific Congress.

Our President spoke at the opening session of the Congress, which was organized by the Associação Portuguesa de Técnicos de Natação, in Lisbon, and moderated by George Block, President of the World Swimming Coaches Association. In his speech, John Bales discussed on the topic of training development systems and the role of a coach.
