On October 12-14, the International Council for Coaching Excellence (ICCE) organised an event focusing on current trends in coach education and development. The Conference, which took place in Cologne, Germany at the Trainerakademie of the German Olympic Sports Confederation, located at the campus of the German Sport University, had over 60 international speakers and guests from 17 countries. This highly relevant topic attracted different sport coaching stakeholders including national coaching organisations, coaches associations, NOCs, international federations and national sport organisations.
