Liverpool John Moores University will host the Celebrating Disability and Physical Activity Conference on 11th and 12th November. 

The conference aims to provide delegates with an opportunity to engage with international experts in Paralympic sport, disability sport and physical activity, and school sport.

Our programme will cover a wide range of topics including: Preparing for the Paralympic games, Coaching Paralympians, Coach Development, The Para Athletes’ Voice, Inclusive School Sport, Disability Sport in Higher Education, Physical Activity Research and Researching Disability.

Delegates will also have time to network with each other and reflect on how to create more inclusive and empowering environments for people with disability.

This is a heavily subsidised conference thanks to Erasmus funding. The full ticket cost of £25 covers refreshments, lunch and a hot buffet on the evening of the 11th.
