The NCDA Coach Developer programme represents a unique professional development opportunity for coach developers from around the world working in national coaching organisations, national and international sport federations and universities. A partnership between Nippon Sport Science University and the ICCE, the programme offers a blended learning experience, including two one-week residentials at NSSU in Tokyo, alongside e-learning and on-line support to aid participants’ application of learning to practice. The programme is supported by the Japanese government project ‘Sport for Tomorrow’ and therefore all places are heavily subsidized.
This is an excellent opportunity to:
- Develop your skills in facilitation, coach assessment, mentoring and program design; and
- Help you enhance your network among the leaders in coaching development from around the world
